 still the same error after doing
 {{{
 sudo port selfupdate
 sudo port clean dsh
  LC_ALL=C sudo port install dsh
 }}}

 btw: i've seen that other ports have been modified to fix this issue,
 though i dunno if this is required for the dsh port
 e.g: https://trac.macports.org/changeset/96676
