 This fix as well as the various other fixes regarding this issues can't be
 applied here. They modify the usage of the macports reinplace command
 which the dsh port doesn't use.[[BR]]

 However, the reinplace command uses sed under the hood and therefore
 yielding the same issue. The aforementioned fix tells the reinplace
 command to set LC_CTYPE=C before invoking sed.[[BR]]
 The suggestions I made in my previous comments ([comment:3] [comment:6])
 do essentially the same thing.
