 Can't build vim message is pretty obvious

 found similar bug in vim package
 http://code.google.com/p/vim/issues/detail?id=63
 they won't fix it =/ why the hell this world should support latin1 crap.
 My env is mountain lion GM where all locales are set to utf-8. Tried to
 set LC_ALL=C through port editing - doesn't help. probably this should be
 somehow fixed in a port it self, if we want to compile vim in mountain
 lion at all..
