 New Portfile for libspotify, a precompiled C library that is required by
 the Spotify API.  Terms of use may prove tricky.  Homebrew has a
 libspotify formula, but they do not distribute binary packages.  This
 should be fine to distribute as a Portfile but the license may prevent
 distribution of a binary package.  I was unable in my research to uncover
 a method to indicate in the Portfile not to package for distribution.
 Does such a method exist?  I would be happy to add it.
