Comment:

 The license should not contain an URL, but a keyword allowing the MacPorts
 buildbot to determine, whether it should distribute binaries of a given
 port. In your case, since we probably can't re-distribute libspotify in
 binary form and the library doesn't allow commercial use this should
 probably be "{Restricted Noncommercial}". Also since we're probably not
 allowed to re-distribute (and thus mirror) the download either, an
 exception to the mirroring must be manually added by our admin before
 commiting this.
