Comment:

 Why does that file already exist and not belong to a port? Did you have
 this port installed before, then incompletely uninstall it and/or
 MacPorts, then try to install it again? Remove the offending file, or use
 the "-f" flag, like the error message tells you to do, which will rename
 the offending file for you.
