 I made cuda support available through a default variant (this will work
 for people without cuda and those with a working cuda install). You can
 disable it like so:
 {{{
 sudo port install flann -cuda
 }}}
 It might be easier to delete your broken cuda install (or reinstall it).

 Headers are probably still missing in binary package from
 packages.macports.org. I don't know why this happens. It seems to happen
 with one my other ports too (libccd). Not sure if this is a buildbot
 problem or a 10.6 problem...
