#33698: Hang in installing apache2 or port upgrade

 I tried to install macport from dmg, after that when I tried to install
 apache2 and I got an error. I found out that I didn't install command line
 tools for Xcode. So I installed command line tools for Xcode and try to
 run to install apache2 by running "sudo port install apache2". The
 terminal hang and didn't happen anything. I need to reboot my computer
 after that and then I tried to run "sudo port -df self update", the system
 hanged and didn't do anything. Then I tried to install macports again from
 the source code, the installation will hang at /usr/bin/tclsh
 src/images_to_archives.tcl "/opt/local/share/macports/Tcl. I tried to
 applied patch from https://trac.macports.org/ticket/29592 and still no
 luck. I attached the screen shot from installation.
