 Installing Xcode 4.3 requires the user to execute:

 > xcode-select -switch /Applications/Xcode.app/Resources/Developer/

 from the command line in order for xcodebuild to execute correctly. If
 this is not done, xcodebuild hangs. The installer requires xcodebuild;
 therefore, this condition will hang the installer. The installer should
 have a timeout on xcodebuild and give the user an appropriate error
 message.
