 Since 3-4 days - after updating my port tree and ports - my gnuplot has
 slowed down extremely when I use cairo terminals.

 if I type

 set term pngcairo
 set output 'test.png'
 plot sin(x)
 set output

 the plotting steps needs up to 20 seconds, which renders gnuplot currently
 unusable if you want to create a number of different plots.

 Does anyone has the same problem?

 I am using the later lion (10.7.3) and Xcode (4.3.2) version...
