 Hi,

 Set CC, CFLAGS, LDFLAGS explicitely.

 Those values are cached in Make.cfg. Plug-in ports should override them as
 well, but local plug-in builds will rely on Make.cfg. Anyway, this changes
 an installed file in a non-trivial manner, so this certainly warrants a
 revision bump.

 Clemens, I don't see an option to assign this ticket to you, CC-ing
