 Completely removed all Xcode using this command:
 sudo /Library/Developer/Shared/uninstall-devtools --mode=all

 Reinstall Xcode 4.3.2.
 Updated ports via selfupdate.
 sudo port clean --all arb
 sudo port install arb

 ARB installed!
