 The log is not from a clean build attempt. Actually the reporter needs to
 clean p5.12-xml-parser and try rebuilding that port.

 But I agree. It appears that the user's Xcode is not installed properly.

 @jyablecki: Launch Xcode and check if the command line tools are
 installed.
