 This `lapack_lite.so, 2): Symbol not found: _omp_get_num_threads` problem
 also causes opencv (currently 4.2.2), to silently fail to build and
 install the python bindings, when requested.  I had this working just
 yesterday, but after sync'ing my ports and upgrading outdated packages, no
 opencv+python; so traced to this atlas/lapack issue.
