 These warnings are actually not the problem. The actual problem you
 encounter is:

 Do you happen to have a second, no mac ports version of qt3 installed?

 You probably have run a selfupdate ({{{sudo port selfupdate}}}) prior to
 building?

 Can you supply us with more information about the version of OS X you are
 using?
