New description:

 ettercap do not work on Mac OS X 10.5.5.

 installation fine with: {{{sudo port install ettercap-ng}}}

 but, when executing a test:

 got this error:

Comment:

 ettercap has been updated to 0.8.0; please test if that builds and works
 on Leopard. If not, please report it to the developers of ettercap so they
 can look into the problem.
