 The ettercap port seems to have been abandoned. The listed maintainer
 originally submitted the port in #2137 and submitted one update in #3031
 but has not responded to any tickets since then, including

 Seth, would you still like to maintain this port? If I don't hear from you
 by January 7, 2014 I will consider the port abandoned and will unassign
