 The attached patch adds bash-completion support to todotxt. I used git-
 core as a template.

 The todo.txt distribution's completion script assumes that executable
 script is named todo.sh; I chose to work around this by renaming it in the
 completion script to ${name}, since this port renames todo.sh in that
 fashion. This seemed most straightforward to me. If this is a known class
 of problem with a better workaround, please point me at that workaround
 and I'll apply it here instead.
