 All those `/usr/local/lib` library references in the otool -L output are
 suspicious, e.g. `/usr/local/lib/libboost_iostreams.dylib `,
 `/usr/local/lib/libboost_python.dylib`, et al.   Try removing them from
 `/usr/local`,  installing the appropriate `boost` ports, and rebuilding.
