Comment:

 The patch you attached is the same one from #39676.

 Also you’re using the patch name “Portfile-rrdtool.diff” verbatim from the
 Guide. The point is to substitute the appropriate port in the patchfile
 name—i.e., “Portfile-gnumeric.diff”.
