 I use S/MIME heavily for work, and often have to deal with mail from mail
 clients that like to do things their own special way.

 Thankfully, patches exist to make mutt work with mail from such clients.
 I've added them to the Portfile.

 I've tested this on OSX 10.8.2 with Xcode 4.6.2 build version 4H1003.
