 sudo port install py27-readline fails, initially this occured while trying
 to install ipython and spyder.
 Note that I had a previous macports installation with everything, but I
 had to uninstall macports and make a clean install.
 Before uninstall there were issues with upgrading scipy. Those were
 resolved by uninstalling and re-installing,
 but the readline problem appeared.
