 Thanks for the detailed description and link to the patch.

 This patch is indeed the right solution in my point of view. The include
 fails like the issue in #35210, but it is because it does not have the
 safeguard from BOOST_TT_HAS_OPERATOR_HPP_INCLUDED variable like most files
 in boost. I'll commit the patch along with the upgrade to 1.9.1 soon.
