 Build fails due to use of outdated ffmpeg API. Updating to latest baresip
 0.4.4 doesn't help.

 Issues:

  * In modules/avcodec/avcodec.c: FF_I_TYPE is now AV_PICTURE_TYPE_I
  * In modules/avformat/avf.c: AVFormatParameters has been removed and is
 no longer needed.
