 I just compiled baresip v0.4.4 with latest ffmpeg-devel and it seems to
 work fine.
 The issues with FFmpeg API have been fixed in latest baresip.

 I suggest upgrading Portfile to latest baresip 0.4.4,
 and librem/libre v0.4.3
