New description:

 I get the attached errors when trying to install latex2html on Mavericks
 (OS X 10.9) ; the same error occurs if any package I attempt to install
 has a dependance on xorg-onputproto (which any of the "*latex*" (dblatex,
 latex2html, ...) packages seems to have).

 The attachments show all, but the basic error stream is as follows:
