 I just pushed r113092, which allows GNU Radio to be compiled in 10.9, but
 without the SWIG interface; which means no gnuradio-companion.  If you try
 to enable +grc or +swig, the install will error out in 10.9 only.
 Otherwise, it builds and passes "make test". This feature set (just the
 C++ API and runtime) is desirable to some GNU Radio users.  I will play
 with SWIG to see if there's an "easy" fix to the issues we're
 encountering.
