 To properly honor ${configure.cflags} etc

 `configure.optflags`? A better approach may be to set
 `CMAKE_C_FLAGS_RELEASE` or `CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS_RELEASE` for such ports.

 If that's what you want to do, please make that fix in the cmake
 PortGroup.
