 The default cmake release flags absolutely should not be changed. If
 downstream macports codes should use different optimization flags, they
 should either not use "CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE:STRING=Release"  or should
 individually override "CMAKE_C_FLAGS_RELEASE" and
 "CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS_RELEASE".
