#40729: kate @4.11.2_0 unexpected behavior with dynamic word wrap

When dynamic word wrap is turned on, there are two unexpected behaviors
related to any lines that have been wrapped to multiple lines. For the
purposes of this report, I will refer to the entire string that has been
wrapped as a line and each individual piece of the line as a row.

 1. clicking with the mouse on the interior of a line only puts the cursor
at the point that was clicked if it is in the last row of the line. If the
point that was clicked is in a row other than the last row, the cursor
instead goes to the end of that row.
 2. pressing the up arrow when the cursor is in the interior of a row only
moves the cursor directly upwards if it is moving into the last row of a
line. If it is moving into a row that is not the last row, the cursor
instead goes to the end of that row.

This affects a computer running 10.6.8 but not one running 10.8.5. It does
not affect static word wrapped lines.
