 Following this ticket, https://trac.macports.org/ticket/28590, I am able
 to download netpbm directly with the command,

 svn co https://netpbm.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/netpbm/stable netpbm

 How can I tell MacPorts to use this source to build netpbm rather than the
 unobtainable source at svn://svn.code.sf.net?
