 OK, I've attached the latest version... Even though I'm now copying the
 java stuff into the build directory, I still have to end up turning it off
 with some configure flags though, because otherwise I still end up running
 into errors... Even though the entire thing builds and works with java
 turned off, I'll probably want to get it turned on before it would be
 ready to commit to trunk...
