 The installation of docbook-xml-4.2 reported an error that no destroot is
 found:

 Error: org.macports.install for port docbook-xml-4.2 returned: no destroot
 found at:
 /opt/local/var/macports/build/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports
 .org_release_tarballs_ports_textproc_docbook-xml/docbook-
 xml-4.2/work/destroot

 After I manually created such a folder at the expected location, a re-
 attempt of the install then succeeded.
