 Could be. The module was removed by `raimue` in r103157 with a long
 explanation. I bet we need Rainer's help on this.

 See also #42153. Initially it only broke Perl <= 5.12, now it also breaks
 5.14. Will it soon break 5.16 then? Alternatively we could use different
 versions of `p5-extutils-xspp` for different versions of Perl.
