 Thanks, committed in r124479. I took the liberty of changing
 `livecheck.url` to `[lindex $master_sites 0]` to avoid re-typing the URL.

 I also looked into modifying the livecheck in a way that would detect new
 releases such as 3.4, but that turned out to be rather hard,
 unfortunately.
