 It looks like the port index ends up with duplicate entries, and the one
 that comes last wins. Your examples come later alphabetically (“graveyard”
 < “json-pp” < “test-tester”), so they both override the graveyard, while I
 would expect that the graveyard would win out over something like “app-
 ack” (which I also excluded).

 I was under the impression that duplicates in the index caused errors, so
 this surprises me. I don’t think there’s anything I can do about this in
 the graveyard, so we’ll have to weed out duplicates.
