 Forgive me I'm new to this, it's been 18+ months since the ticket you're
 saying is a duplicate. Why hasn't the patch been applied to the build
 script or main src yet? The issue may be the same, but the versions of
 software and build systems are different...

 As for it being an upstream issue; from the logs of what I've read, this
 patch should have been include already. So why is it failing still?
