 GSHHG 2.3.0 dropped netcdf-3 support and is distributed in netcdf-4 format
 only. The nc4-suffix should be removed from the port name because it
 suggests a nc3-version exists, which does not. The attached patch
 obsoletes gshhg-gmt-nc4. Please commit the patch and the new gshhg-gmt
 portfile. Thanks.
