 Correction: the package actually builds fine, but only for Perl 5.14 and
 5.16. For all other versions it complains about
 {{{
 Warning: prerequisite ExtUtils::ParseXS 3.15 not found. We have 2.21.
 }}}
 So either we need a more recent `ParseXS` in Perl or we should remove the
 package for older Perl versions.
