 Thanks for this. By any chance, do you know how long sm-zone.net has been
 down, or have you tried to contact Stephan Martin (the author and still-
 registered domain owner)?

 If the site is gone for good, we should also copy the TinyCA sources to
 MacPorts distfile hosting so that we can be sure the distfile won't
 disappear from caches/mirrors.
