 I just tried installing livcxx to just see what it contains, but on
 OSX10.9 that doesn't help ;)

   /opt/local/share/doc/libcxx/README.txt

 /opt/local/share/doc/libcxx/README.txt
 libcxx is an empty port on this OS version because the functionality is
 already provided by the OS.
