 Attached patch upgrades jmol to the current stable version
 14.2.0_2014.06.13 (new features, and some bug fixes, according to [
 http://sourceforge.net/projects/jmol/files/Jmol/Version%2014.2/Version%2014.2.0/README-14.2.0_2014.06.13.properties/download]).

 Starting with version 14.0.17_2014.06.09, the version number format of
 jmol changes from major.middle.minor to major.middle.minor_year.month.day.

 to the developer] this is "... to be able to upload nightly/weekly changes
 without advancing the minor version number." The master site format stays
 unchanged. I accommodated this change by introducing a variable $release,
 which isolates the old major.middle.minor version number needed for the
 master site. I also adjusted the livecheck regex to look for this version
 name.

 If this is not the way to go, please do let me know.

 Works on an iMac running 10.9.3 on a dual core i5.
