Comment:

 r126058 - as far as I can tell, only url and revision are used - there
 aren't a lot of ports that appear to use this method -

 "fetching via bzr may cause non-reproducible builds, so it is strongly
 discouraged" is copy/pasted from all the other fetch types - I have no
 idea is this is actually valid.
