 notinmyhead, this is a different issue, please open a separate ticket for
 that. That being said, it seems you have an incompatible expat in
 `/Library/Frameworks` (possibly installed manually or by some 3rd-party-
 installer). Remove it or build cmake in trace mode (`port -t ...`).
