 I have reported the issue in src/common/command_line.cpp to the developers
 in https://github.com/mbunkus/mkvtoolnix/issues/1175 so they can hopefully
 develop a better fix that doesn't involve just commenting out a whole
 block of code. I have reported the issue in src/common/version.cpp and the
 fix you used in https://github.com/mbunkus/mkvtoolnix/issues/1176.
