 `gtkextra3` conflicts with `gtk2-extra` and vice versa.

 For instance, both install `${prefix}/share/gtk-
 doc/html/gtkextra/GtkPlotArray.html`. This is just one example.

 `gtkextra3` should have a `conflicts`-statement on `gtk2-extra` and vice
 versa.
