 Yosemitie 10.10.1 port=hypermail. Successful install of both. On initial
 invocation: 'sudo ./hypermail' done from the /opt/local/bin
 directory,hypermail simply hangs.  ^C gives back control of the terminal.

 Have re-installed completely (twice) as directed -- no change
 Have cleaned in every possible way -- no change
