 getline() was only introduced to OS X in Lion so this will break the build
 on Snow Leopard and earlier.

 Patch committed in r138310 that provides a private copy of getline() for
 platforms that need it.  Again, I'm not able to test this so please let me
 know if it works for you.  Thanks.
