 The attached R-Portfile.diff bumps the version to 3.1.3 and changes the
 default the BLAS and LAPACK to the reference implementation included in
 the R sources (this is the same used in the CRAN official R binary -- see
 R Admin Manual appendix for why). I also noticed that the R dylibs and
 shared objects (.so files) link to some libraries not in depends_lib so
 these were added too.
