 Still does not build on Mavericks, with same errors as above. I tried many
 times cleaning and installing.

 I WAS able to build by manually copying ./caca/caca.h to ./java/ and
 ./caca/caca_types.h to ./java/ as suggested 10 days ago by cpepper at web.de
